The Answers You Need
DO YOU SERVICE SNOWBOARDS?
Yes, we service all winter sports equipment! We service snowboards, as well as alpine, touring and telemark skis.
HOW LONG DOES A SERVICE TAKE?
Service times vary over the season but are typically around 7 days. If you have a tight turnaround time we offer a same day service at the weekends and some weekdays, where we can have you equipment serviced within an hour. We pride ourselves on faster turnaround times than our competitors.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment is required on collection of your serviced equipment. We can accept cash or card.
DO YOU COLLECT/DROP OFF FROM MY HOME?
Unfortunately during the peak season we are unable to offer a collection and drop off service.
Some of our customers who are short on time or don't have transport have sent their equipment to us using services like Uber or Addison Lee.
HOW DO YOU SERVICE MY EQUIPMENT?
Joe provides a service by hand on all our skis & snowboards. Although this is a more timely process than using machines, this gives your equipment the best results on the slopes. The world's best skiers and snowboard riders will all service their equipment by hand rather than machines.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE TO SERVICE CUSTOMERS EQUIPMENT?
Our ski technicians have over 20 years experience in hand servicing skis and snowboards. Our head technician, Joe is an ex national ski racer and instructor with a keen focus on maximising performance and longevity of ski and snowboard equipment. Read more about our team here.
WHY SHOULD I SERVICE MY SNOWSPORT EQUIPMENT BEFORE I GET TO MY SKI RESORT?
Skis and snowboards require certain tuning to ensure they run to the best of their ability from a grip and speed perspective. The sharpening of edges ensures skis/boards can carve even in hard pack icy conditions. Waxing the base ensures skis and snowboards run quickly. Most our of customers like to have their equipment serviced before their trip to remove the stress of finding a service workshop in resort or loosing precious ski time on the mountain whilst waiting for a service to be completed.
Servicing Terms & Conditions
Appointment Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, but to help us manage our workshop schedule efficiently, we ask that any cancellations or changes to ski or snowboard service appointments are made at least 12 hours before the scheduled drop-off/collection time and date.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booked appointment may incur an additional £10 fee, which will be added to the final service cost.
Late Arrivals
We know that life happens; traffic, work, and family can all get in the way sometimes. If you’re running late, please just give us a quick call or message to let us know.
If a customer arrives more than 30 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to add a £5 fee to the final service cost.
Late Collection of Equipment
Once your skis or snowboard have been serviced, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know they’re ready for collection. From that date, you’ll have 28 days to collect your equipment.
After 28 days, if no collection or arrangement has been made, we reserve the right to apply a storage fee of £10 per week to cover the safe storage of your equipment.
